Ladies, I was at that Deeper Still conf. in S.F.! Even with over 9000 women attending this conference, I was amazed how it felt like I was sitting in someone's family room listening to these Women of God speaking truth from His Word right to my heart. The praise & worship time with Travis and Anthony was electric, refreshing, joyful, holy, reverant, preparing my heart for God to get into those nooks and crannys that I was trying to "keep to myself" and fix on my own. And each time, as first Priscilla, then Beth, then Kay got up, opening His word...I'll tell you ladies, you couldn't have pryed me off my seat. God had something to say to me...and He was so faithful and gentle and merciful to show me things I needed to see and hear that weekend. So, get ready, Nashville...God is putting your name on a seat in that conference center...(yes, even in the 'nose bleed section'!) He is making that place ready for you to be there to get with HIM, and let Him do a work in you. I will lift you all in prayer for that weekend...and that God will do a work in you like you have never experienced or known. I can testify to that very thing in my life...a God changing weekend is coming for you GIRLFRIEND (as Beth would say)! Kay, Beth, Priscilla, (along with the vast incredible staff and the Worship team)...I will lift you up in my prayer as God brings you all into Nashville to do His work.

What a sweet post! I have to tell you that the fact that I am even getting to come is already a work of God (I had no plans to go)!! But, He had different plans and worked it out for me last week, and I even got a ticket in the Sommet Center. WOW I am excited and humbled. Looking so forward to hearing what God says through you, Miss Beth and Kay. I have felt all summer God was preparing me for something and I wasn't sure what. Satan has been whispering fears of doom. God recently gave me Jeremiah 29.11 and 2 Timothy 1:7, two verses I knew by heart but had not applied. Proving once again that God's word is alive and active. So I am trying to take captive those thoughts of fear and choosing to trust God for whatever He has for me. I am so thankful for the opportunity to be at this event.
ps. Absolutley can not wait for Travis, Anthony and Mandisa....wha hoo!! Also, love your website!

Hi Priscilla, I am praying for you too, as well as Beth and Kay. I am so excited about next weekend. We're your friends from Denham Springs, LA that plan to be there. I have recently been diagnosed with breast cancer and won't begin treatment until the middle of September. God has so faithfully taken care of me thus far and I know He will continue to do so. I am expecting to be on "the mountaintop" and filled to overflowing so when I return home to begin radiation, I can walk through this valley with strength that only He can give. See ya'll next week!

A year ago I saw the Deeper Still event listed on the Lifeway site. I called my dear friend who lives in the Nashville area and we both bought our tickets. As much as I am looking forward to our "girl" time, I am looking for to our "God" time. This has been a year of great trial for me and my family. God has shown himself so faithful. I can't wait to see what He's up too next weekend!

I am so glad that you are coming and that you are not allowing anything to keep you from hearing what God wants to say to you at DS next weekend. I so admire you for admitting your struggle with fear but not allowing it to keep you from the abundance that God has for you. Keep using Scripture as the Sword that it is my friend!
I struggle with fear and intimidation as well. (Just imagine how you'd feel sharing a platform with BETH MOORE AND KAY ARTHUR!!!) The Word is the only thing that's worked for me!

I'm sorry to hear about your breast cancer diagnosis but I am thrilled to see what God has in store for you as you walk this path. Have courage sister. Don't despair. Take the words of Kelly S.'s favorite verse from her last post to heart. Jeremiah 29:11 - He knows the plans He has for you. Plans for to give you a hope and future. Hold your head up high and walk without fear sweet sister.

I have gone thru difficult seasons lately and thru prayer and studying God's Word I sense that he is taking me into a new direction with him. I feel it could be a new ministry? I just know that change is coming and I am expecting to hear a word in that area. I want to hear Him clearly, follow his direction for my life. I am nervous, excited, scared at what it could be. I can't wait to worship Him and listen to Him!!! I have been praying for you and Beth and Kay and Travis and Anthony. I want all of us to have an encounter with him like we have never had before!! He is Faithful and Trustworthy!!

Not only did I attend Deeper Still in San Fransico but I had the honor of being one of the City Coordinators for that event. What an amazing experience and now in less than a week I will have the honor once again in joining you all for Deeper Still in Nashville. I have been anxiously awaiting this conference for the last year. We are bringing 30 women from our church. Within the last year my family has been and still is in the fire. It has been a crisis of faith for me. I DO NOT want to just learn more about God or gain more knowledge from His Word. I want to SEEK and FIND HIM!!! I am beginning to understand that His desire for me is not to worship Him solely to find answers to my problems, but ultimately to FIND HIM and learn to LOVE HIM with all my heart, soul, and mind. I can't wait to see how God will reveal Himself in a new way to you, Beth, Kay, and all of the ladies attending Deeper Still Nashville!!!

We are bringing 8 ladies from Mexico Ky. We will be at the simulcast location. We tried to get tickets and they were sold out. All hotel rooms were gone too. Then we heard about the simulcast and decided to give it a try. God opened the door for us to find rooms and get tickets. We are so excited. We wishe more ladies could have come, but we found out at late notice.

Priscilla! Oh my goodness - I can't wait to see and hear you. I don't know if you remember me and my church, but you came to us before your boys were born (you had just found out you were expecting your first born). Do you remember coming to Warner Robins, Georgia, to Second Baptist Church? You were so precious and it was such a "big event" for us to have you. I am so excited, no, make that Sooooooooooooooo excited for next weekend!!! You, Beth and Kay are being covered in prayer and I just KNOW that God has something HUGE in store for us. I can hardly wait!!!! I am super excited because I am bringing a friend of mine along who has never been to anything like this in her life and she has yet to give her heart to Christ. Oh, I pray this is the weekend she does!!!

Thank you for your post. I am a minister's wife who has been feeling out there and alone in the midst of our church going through a rough time. We continue to be faithful in the midst of it all because we know God has us there for His purpose and for His glory. I know God will use the words He speaks through you, Beth and Ms. Kay to encourage me and to remind me to go Deeper Still in Him and all else will continue to fall in place.
I am so ready for this renewal in my life and I know God will bring it through you all and the worship teams!

I've been praying for this event for 6 months -- and when I think of what God is going to do, I get the shivers...
A quick story... I was "urged" last Saturday afternoon to go shopping - so I headed to my local Lifeway. I just spent 4 hours browsing thru my local Lifeway store "listening" for how God was preparing me for this weekend. I found your book "Discerning the Voice of God - How to Recognize When God Speaks" -- & I believe He's speaking to me thru this event. I tried months ago to get tickets with our Church and the venue was already sold out. Still I kept praying and watching. The answer came in the Curb center - so there I'll be. As I make this weekend a personal retreat (just me and God -and 25,000 sisters (and some brothers)) praising Him and listening for His voice, know that you are in my prayers too. Also, know that even though you won't hear it, there will be "Amens" from my seat at the Curb. I've been through many Beth Moore and Kay Arthur studies and been to their individual events (I've seen Kay in Paducah a couple of times), I have quite a library of their work I've grown with for years. As I begin to add your work to that, I know God will use you in a mighty way for His Kingdom.

Deeper Still was my first woman's conference and the first time I heard all 3 of you wonderful women speak. It was an amazing weekend, the Lord definitely showed up! He spoke to me through you. I was so touched Friday night. The worship, your message, God's word....man the Holy Spirit within me was awakened!

My pastor spoke of similar things Sunday morning. I know that God is speaking to me, wanting me to go deeper still.

I just want to say Thank You!! Thank you for being there, thank you for being a Godly woman, thank you for speaking your testimony, for speaking God's truth and for being the vessel that God used to speak to me.
