We are so excited about coming to the Deeper Still Event in Nashville. I am coming with three of the dearest people in the world to me. We will be traveling from Michigan.
I had the opportunity to hear Beth when she was in Michigan earlier this year and it was amazing we are so looking forward to what God has for us.

Here is my favorite new quote that I heard in our Ladies Bible Study, I am sure many of you have heard it before, but it really spoke to me.

"If God brings you to it, he will most surely bring you through it."

I'm traveling from Kansas City, Kansas to meet my mom from Houston, TX and my sister from Nashville. I feel very blessed that the three of us can come to together and listen and learn from three wonderful teachers and enter this special moment in time of worshiping our Lord Jesus Christ with two of my best friends-my mom and sister.

I unfortunately am not going to be able to use my 2 tickets to the Curb Center. I am willing to sell them discounted to someone who may not have the financial resources to pay the full price. I will mail them immediately upon receipt of request. Blessings!

Hello everyone and Praise Jesus! My name is Amy and I wanted to leave a correction post from the post called Deeper Still left by Michelle. I am the young lady she talked about that received Jesus (Praise the Lord!) and I think she had misheard me over sound. It was someone who's brother passed away for me to get the ticket, not mother. Simple mistake when you praise Jesus as loud as we did this weekend! =) I just wanted to correct that so the story was straight. Thanks to all my sisters there this weekend for pouring out the love and worship that made me want Jesus in my life right here, right now! And that is what I did yesterday. I choose NOW!

MS KAY, I LOVE YOU! I AM ASHAMED TO ADMIT I HAVE NEVER READ OR STUDIED YOUR MATERIALS BEFORE, BUT INTEND TO FIX THAT BEFORE I SEE YOU AGAIN! GOD HAS BROUGHT YOU THROUGH SO MUCH AND EQUIPPED YOU FOR HELPING SO MANY MORE LEARN MORE ABOUT HIM! YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL INSIDE AND OUT! THERE WERE 12 WOMEN WHO ATTENDED, 10 AT THE SOMMETT NAD 2 AT THE CURB CENTER. WE ARE MEMBERS OF FAIRVIEW BAPTIST CHURCH FROM BOONEVILLE , MS. EVERYTHING WAS DRENCHED WITH HIS PRESENCE THIS WEEKEND! TRAVIS AND THE PRAISE TEAM OPENED OUR HEARTS WITH THEIR MUSIC. ANTHONY EVANS WAS ABSOLUTELY GREAT! MANDESSA, IT WAS GREAT TO HAVE YOU BACK! I WAS WAITNG FOR " UNRESTRAINED", MAYBE NEXT TIME! I HAVE TO SAY WE WERE DELIGHTFULLY UNDONE BY SAT. NIGHT! MANY HEARTS POURED OUT PITS AND STRONGHOLDS AND LET JESUS JUST LOVE ON THEM THROUGH THE WORDS AND SONGS WE HEARD. I HAVE TO TELL YOU OUR "CHIPS AND SALSA" STORY~!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WE STOPPED AT TGI FRIDAY'S IN FRANKLIN ON OUR WAY HOME. TO BEGINWITH IT WAS FREEZING IN THERE!!! SO 2 PEOPLE GO TO THE CHURCH VAN AND RETURN WITH 3 BLANKETS! THE 9 OF US WHO WERE MOST FREEZING SCOOTED OUR CHAIRS CLOSE AND 3 GROUPS OF 3 PEOPLE SHARED A BLANKET. I AM SURE WE HAD ALREADY DRAWN A LITTLE ATTENTION TO OURSELVES BY THE TIME OUR FOOD ARRIVED.:) WE ALL ENJOYED OUR MEALS, SAMPLING EACH OTHERS PLATES, AS GIRLFRIENDS DO! LANE AND I WERE SITTING SIDE BY SIDE,SHE WAS ON THE END, AND SHARING A BLANKET WITHME AND BRITTANY. ACROSS THE TABLE FROM ME WAS ANNELIESA,LANE'S BEST FRIEND. LANE AND I WERE SAMPLING A BITE OF STEAK FROM CHRISTY, WHEN SUDDENLY LANE GRABS MY ARM WHILE JUMPING UP AND HITTING ANNELIESA'S SHOLDER. SHE NEVER REALLY LET GO OF MY ARM BEFORE REACHING FOR ANNELIESA, SO I KNOCKED OVER HER WATER AS I JUMPED UP WHILE TRYING TO UNTANGLE BOTH OF US FROM THE BLANKET WE SHARED WITH BRITTANY. ANNELIESA AND I QUICKLY REALIZED LANE WAS CHOKING!!!!!!!!!!! ANNELIESA WRAPPED HER ARMS AROUND LANE TO DO THE HIMLECK AND LANE CROAKED OUT WAIT!!!!
SHE HAD COUGHED OUT THE VERY SMALL PIECE OF STEAK AND LOTS OF WATER! AS WE TURNED AROUND TO LOOK AT OUR TABLE, THEY ALL HAD THE "DEER CAUGHT IN THE HEADLIGHTS" LOOK AND NO ONE ELSE HAD MOVED! ANNELIESA LOOKED AT THEM AND SMILED AND SAID," JUST EAT CHIPS AND SALSA!" OF COURSE, EVERYONE ASKED WHAT WAS GOING ON AND IF LANE WAS OK, BEFORE HOOTING IN LOUD LAUGHTER. I'M SURE THE EMPLOYEES WHO WORKED AT TGI FRIDAY'S WILL REMEMBER THE LADIES WHO THEN BOARDED THE AIRVIEW BAPTIST CHURCH BUS FROM BOONEVILLE MS! IN HIS STRENGTH, PAM HARRIS

I attended the "Deeper Still' event in Nashville this weekend. I want to ask a question. Yes, I enjoyed your program very much. However, I want to know how you can "overlook" the book of Acts -- when describing what has to happen for one to be converted and become a child of God. EVERY single person who was converted to the New Testament church in the book of Acts hear the word, believed the word, confessed his sins, repented of his sins, and was baptized for the REMISSION of those sins. I have always been taught that we had to be BURIED with Christ in baptism to become a child of God. Kay, could you please apply your method of study to the book of Acts and see if that is not what you find? How do you "explain away" baptism? The Bible also stated that "Not everyone that saith unto me, Lord, Lord shall enter the kingdom of heaven , but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven". In addition, it also states that whosoever believes in Christ and IS BAPTIZED shall be saved and those that believe not shall be damned or condemned. I want all that seek God to do so BY HIS WILL and not be lost because of not being fully taught. I say and ask all of this from the bottom of my heart-- with love and a sincere desire to go to heaven and to teach others the correct way to go to heaven. Thank you for reading this.

Thanks Brenda for your comments. I wanted to give you a word of encouragement about those who come forward at the altar to receive Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior at Deeper Still or any of the LifeWay events. In addition to praying with those at the altar concerning any specific need, the women are encouraged and challenged to find (and become involved in) a solid, biblically-based church in their local area. We encourage them to tell others about their decision and follow through in baptism, as well as, participating in a Bible study as an active church member for continued growth in their relationship with Christ.
