Friday Night in Photos
We talk a lot about Travis leading us in worship...but this is his wife, Angela, who is an incredible worship leader as well.
You ladies are beautiful...I love to see you worship Jesus!
Kay, Priscilla, and Beth welcoming the Deeper Still sisters in Atlanta!
And we are not through yet!

Thank you for live blogging for us. It has been fun keeping in touch via the blog and right now my friend Kim and fellow siestas are meeting each other in front of the stage. I can't wait to see those pictures!!

Michelle,
Atlanta is just way to close to Tampa for me to be missing this event. I have girlfriends there but I have not had an opportunity to attend a Deeper Still yet.
Thank you for bringing us into what God is doing there.
I got chill bumps about Mandissa, thats how GOOD you are at this!!
Thanks Lady,
Pat

Wow, God presence was SO with us. Thank you ALL for SUCH a blessing. This was my first time being a part of this event. I hope it will be the first of many many more. God moved through me so much. I cried tears of joy, tears of deliverance, tears of hope and tears of strength. You ladies are such speakers for Gods word. What a blessing to be a part of the time that you are spreading Gods word in this part of HIStory.

Wow what an experience. I have never been a part of such an awesome worship experience but I can assure you it won't be my last. This conference has changed my life forever. Everyone one of those teachers had a wonderful message. Travis and the group were great, and Mandisa brought the house down. Praise God! Praise God!

What a blessing it was to be able to experience the "Deeper Still" conference. I feel as if I have been in a wilderness season for quite some time. I truly believe that I have blown it as a wife and mother. Lord willing, I shall focus on Jesus and be able to grow spiritually, in spite of myself. Thank you for your commitment to Christian women.
Your sister in Christ,
Sandy

It's impossible to put this weekend into words. It was amazing. I'm still trying to process all I heard for each amazing servant of God. I could hardly get dressed this morning for praising
God. I just wanted to sit in His presence a little longer. This weekend renewed my spirit!!

Our group of 70+ women had an awesome experience this weekend with Deeper Still. Our only difficulty and general frustration for everyone we saw was the open seating. Women were rushing, scrambling, confused, lost, separated from their group, etc. Why it is that only Christian events can't assign seats? It just allows the enemy to reek his havic among us before we come into God's presence.
I urge Lifeway to find a way to either assign the seats (first bought/first seats) or to allow groups to reserve sections in order to sit together. If we went early, we were told we couldn't save seats for our group. If we went on time, it was impossible to find enough seats together. This was the biggest disappointment and difficulty of the event. When you pay $75 for a seat, you should not have to scramble around like a desperato fighting for seats!
PLEASE do something about this dilemna next time. One of the most powerful things about the weekend is being able to share in worship with your fellow sisters and yet as hard as we tried we were unable to sit together.

I was at the conference this past weekend in Atlanta. I loved it. One thing that I really enjoyed was the list of God's roles in every book of the Bible that Priscilla gave on Friday night. I was hoping to get that list. I felt like it would be a great tool for me to see more depth into every book.
Thanks!

Thank you Lynn--please know we have heard your request (and you are not the only one who would prefer some type of seating arrangement). We are working on a solution to help with this especially at the larger events and have a plan in place that we will try in 2009. Thanks for worshiping with us at Deeper Still--it was truly incredible!
