What We've Been Looking For...

Hey gals...sorry about all the confusion I caused on my "I AM" post. That is what I get for blogging while traveling six days straight! Hopefully, I can give you the info you've been looking for...

Remember the lyrics Priscilla quoted on Friday night? It (the song) is not called "I AM" but "HE IS." My mistake! We wanted to make sure you all knew Priscilla didn't write those words. But who else can quote them like she does!!!

The lyrics are from incredible writers Aaron Jeoffrey, a father-son duo. Click here to link to the lyrics and for information on ordering the CD, downloading the music and/or the sheet music!

I will attribute my confusion and poor communication of information to "my head still spinning" after Deeper Still: The Event in Atlanta. It just seems there is so much to reflect upon and process!!!

How is your head still spinning after Deeper Still?

Hope to get my thoughts together and post notes next week on all the sessions...including the panel discussion!

Until then...everyone have a wonderful July 4th weekend celebrating the freedoms we have as U.S citizens. Also, remember to spend some time praying for our troops in all the armed forces. There are so many families making huge sacrifices on a daily basis so we can attend Christian women's events like Deeper Still.

I am forever grateful.

FYI, the song is also available as a choral arrangement should you want to share the moment in a corporate worship setting.

Does anyone have a copy of the commitment we made at the end of the day with Beth Moore. This was when we had to face another person and repeat a verbal committment before one another.

I want to get a copy of Kay's session asap for our church - before the election! It was an awesome wake up call that God laid on her heart for us all to hear! How can we get a copy?

I saw the video today and it just brought me back to the worship at Phillips. Through the worship, I felt filled again, not to mention challenged by the teaching!!!

One of the things I enjoyed at the conference was the video of Priscilla, Kay, and Beth's lives. Their willingness to reveal not only their successes, but failures was so touching. Through women like these who are "real" and come from brokeness in different areas, others are healed. These ladies are truly Titus 2 women. I personally recieved alot of healing over the years through Beth and others that were willing to share where they have come from, and God's abounding grace on their lives.

Thank you ladies!!!

Also, I am from the Atlanta area, and I didn't see anyone I knew (except the ladies I was with). Amazing!!!

My head IS still spinning. I was not going to attend Deeper Still and God orchestrated it so that I not only attended but attended with seven of my very closest friends who have all lost babies this year, we met through our blogs online and were able to meet face to face at this conference and I cannot even describe the healing that took place this June!

I would like to know the name of the book Beth mentioned at the beginning of her session. It was an Oprah recommendation. I would also like the info used on the screen about Buddah and Mohammed - graves occupied.

Hey Pam,

Let me check on the book. I know I've not posted any notes from Beth yet.

Also, let me recommend that you contact our guys at gi, grateful inconvenience, about the media. They either created that media themselves or know where to get it. Check out their website www.gi-inc.org and find out more.
