Making God's Word Priority
As we continue Deeper Still: The Event in Las Vegas this morning, our focus is on making God's Word priority. From the song "In the First Light" from Travis Cottrell's Christmas CD, Ring the Bells, (coming out October 7th) God's Word is priority.
Kay continued the theme that included making God's Word priority in our personal lives, our churches, our communities, and our country. Kay Arthur challenges us to have an impact upon others and the nations for God's glory as we keep our focus on God's Word and His ways.
Kay speaks truth as she leads the women in Las Vegas at Deeper Still to truly go deeper still in their relationship with their Savior.
In the midst of a serious, prophetic word from God, Kay Arthur caused the women to laugh.
..and cry.
And so as we dismiss for lunch these are the questions--
Will you make the Word of God priority?
Will you hold Truth up before this generation?

I love this question Debbie!
"one question presented to me by God: "If I told you was was coming for you one week from now, would I be pleased with the way you spent that week?"
How would we all live differently this week?

It has been over 24 hours since the conference was over and I am still praising the Lord for every minute of it. I walked in there on Friday afternoon in hopes of a word from the Lord to take and run with. I not only got a word, I got total confirmation of the work He had put before me for the last two months! Thanks you Kay for your obedience to share words from our Lord and the challenge to carry through the work He has called us to do. May He bless you for your obedience. All three of you are a true blessing. Stand strong. I pray His protection and covering as you all continue to share His message.

The conference was amazing.....every second of it. So many blessings and so many confirmations. I walked out of there with one question presented to me by God: "If I told you was was coming for you one week from now, would I be pleased with the way you spent that week?" I looked back at the last last week, even month of anger, bitterness, lack of patience, hurt feelings, hurting feelings, behaviors and attiftudes...plus much more. It was at that very moment that I realized what I wanted. When I kneel at the feet of the Lord on the day he comes back for me I want him to be pleased and say "Well done good and faithful servent!".
Thank you for the multiple blessings that were rained out over me this past weekend. Please know you have changed my life!
