Research on the Multisite Church

LifeWay Research is launching a multi-phase research project to help churches who are interested in transitioning into multi-site ministry by learning from those churches who have already become multi-site.

If your church is a multi-site church and you are willing to share from your experiences take a few minutes to fill out this short survey.

Dr. Stetzer, I know that multi-site ministry (and "satellite churching") is a relatively new movement, but I was wondering if you are aware of any research done on the "quality of life" in such church communities, akin to the spiritual life surveys done in many large churches today. Has any concentrated effort been made to test the experience or level of satisfaction in satellite churches yet?

What are the pros and cons, as opposed to "traditional" church plants? What is the general feeling about not having a live preacher?

I would be interested in any data you could point me to. (If there is any.)
Thanks!

Jared,

I don't know of any... sorry.

Ed

No problem. Thanks, anyway!
