... and I have responded to the accusation here. For the record, I deny that I did it (much). I also deny that Beth Moore is in any way related to NAMB or can be compared to a certain preacher inferred in the post (and we love her at LifeWay and think she is a great Bible teacher).

Haven't heard of the Garlic news source, was this even a parody on the Onion? :)
Does this mean I have to close Lake Ridge?
On the bright side, I hope you can get me a job Dunder-Mifflin.
I've already ordered a "Your Beth Life Now" DVD gift set.
Man. For just a moment I began to think the article was real.
That was absolutely hillarious!
That was a very funny blog article. The "new" Beth Moore titles were worth the read.
By the way, Ed, on December 3 you said, "Tomorrow, I will post more information about the Calvinism research." What happened to that?
Not just accused, but busted by none other than Roscoe P. Coltrane . . . His career in law enforcement has really taken off over the years.
Pat, I assume it is a spoof on the spoof called the Onion.
Bill, I expected another paper that did not come in. But, I am posting a research FAQ there soon.
Wayne, Did you know I used to serve in Erie, PA or was that a lucky guess?
Ed, in asking me if I knew you used to serve in Erie, PA it sounds like you think I wrote the article. But as you can see I didn't write it, it was syndicated from the Garlic News service, I was just forwarding what they wrote.
But yes, I have heard you mention a time or two about Erie - maybe the Garlic News reporter listened to some of the same messages I did?
Please, I don't want to have to go back to Erie.
