Janet Davis:

Goodnight Moon is at the top of our family's list. Our grown kids remember it. I think we all memorized it.We give it to new parents.
As a child, my fondest memories are of the Little House series.

Emily Wright:

I enjoyed Green Eggs and Ham, it was easy to read. My mom would also read to my sisters and I and I enjoyed The Cooper Kid Series by Peretti. I don't read much children's literature, but I know I'd love and appreciate anything that's underlying theme is to glorify God. I need some good authors because I have a nephew who is growing!

Nikki totsch:

I loved the Amelia Badelia books as a kid.
My daughter likes anything with Clifford, Dora or Curious George.

Lacey Bruner:

I teach kindergarten and I love children's literature. When I was a child my favorite book was I Love You Forever by Robert Munsch, (It still makes me cry when I read it) and anything Dr. Seuss.
My own children especially enjoy the Very Hungry Caterpillar by Eric Carle.
I also like the books The Rainbow Fish, Chrysanthemum, and Lilly's Purple Plastic Purse.

Growing up we read anything we could get our hands on. I loved Dr. Suess because of the rhymes. My son (just turend 2) is now enjoying some of the early Dr. Suess series books like Mr. Brown Can Moo Can You and Hand, Hand, Fingers, Thumb. I think my favorite to read to him is I Love You Because You're You.
