April Giveaway: Jack's Harvest Baby Food
Spring is here, and there are a multitude of things you could do with your children to celebrate God's earth. Plant a tree! Have a picnic! Print off and do a fun maze and other activities! Eat baby food?
Well, maybe not all of us plan on digging into a jar of pureed green beans. But we might have small family members who do on a regular basis. And do you know if your baby food is organic?
Heather Schoenrock, Atlanta mother of three, founded Jack’s Harvest in late 2007. Jack's Harvest baby food is USDA certified 100% organic and contains no preservatives, artificial flavors or colors, salt, sugar or fillers.
Jack’s Harvest uses only organic fruits, vegetables, herbs and spices to provide essential nutrients and please even the most discriminating babies’ palettes. Food is prepared in small batches and then quickly frozen in heart-shaped cubes to capture the natural flavor, vibrant color, and health benefits. Jack’s Harvest keeps in a freezer for up to six months, making healthy feeding convenient for busy parents. In addition to retail locations WholeFoods and EarthFare, Jack’s Harvest can also be purchased on Amazon.com.

Contest wil be open until April 30, 2011 and winner announced May 2, 2011. LifeWay employees are not eligible to win. One comment per person, please. U.S.A. only.

I would love to win this prize! I make baby food at home for our baby boy, Wesley. He loves his homemade carrots and applesauce. But, I only have a few servings left and would love to win this so I can take a break!
Having 3 kids 3 and under makes it hard to find the time to make the baby food since it's easiest to make it in large batches. I was at Whole Foods last night and debated buying a bag, it looked delicious and I know Wes would love it! We have our garden started this year, but it's going to be a while before we are ready to harvest anything to make his baby food out of. So this would fill in the gap for us from now until we have our own fresh veggies later this summer.

I have a nine month old and a busy preschooler. We try to make our own baby food and/or give her what we are eating, but this food would be so handy for hectic evenings when it seems like I don't have anything that is right for her!

My baby will be starting solids in the next 1-3 months. I plan on making most his food, but having this would be convenient, as I'm working full time & may not always be able to make the food.

My precious little girl has begun to enter the world of solids and I'd just love to win this for her! It's so important for me to start her on a natural eating path, so she can have the quality life she deserves. I want her to fall in love with the taste of real food and appreciate the bounty of the earth around us. Not having a lot of income can sometimes make this lifestyle a challenge and that's why this could help so much.

I am a very busy mom of three boys, 5,3 and 1, and we are due in August with our 4th boy. I would love to win this prize. I've always made my own baby food, but it gets harder and harder with each boy time wise. This would really give me something to lean on that I could trust when I run out of time. It is important to me to feed my boys healthy foods. Thank you for this wonderful opportunity. I am going to check into your foods when the time comes, regardless :)

There are days, like you, when I just don't have time to provide the good-for-her food I want. I make most of our baby food, but every once in a while we grab a jar from the emergency stash in our pantry. these would be a much better option to have on hand for those days!
