Living Proof Live Chicago Simulcast
Sophie - April 5, 2010

You may have noticed that Melanie and I often mention the fact that technology is a wonder. But it really is, y'all. I mean, I remember the days of rotary phones and typewriters and UHF, and while those things may make me feel a smidge nostalgic, I'm really glad that we now have things like cell phones and email and internet. Especially when I'm doing something like typing a blog post. Because, well, if I were composing this post on a typewriter, I'd have started over about sixteen times already. My accuracy leaves a little something to be desired.
Anyway, I know many of you have attended the annual Living Proof Live Simulcast, and it's making a big technological leap this year. Host churches no longer have to have satellite equipment to host the simulcast - they just need internet. That's it. Just internet. This is huge, really, because it makes becoming a simulcast site so much more feasible for so many more churches.
And granted, the LPL Simulcast isn't until September, but churches need to sign up as host sites by July 1st. Just FYI.
If you have any questions about becoming a simulcast site, let us know in the comments (or check out the info page), and we'll make sure that your questions get directed to people who know the answers.
Hope y'all have a great week!
