Can you SongMap 2 different songs together to create a medley? I'm new at all this...

Excellent question, Rebecca. At this time, no. It's mostly a legal matter on our end regarding how to track what pieces of songs are used in medleys, how to report them to the song publishers and how royalties should be paid and so forth. (It's quite complex).

If you really want a medley, here's a workaround. Map what you want of the first song and save it as its own "song." Likewise, map what you want of the second song and save it. Do this for as many sections as your medley has. Of course, if your medley comes back to the first song, that has to be mapped again as yet another "song."

When you download all of the separate files, import them into your player (I like iTunes) as a compilation album and a "gapless" album. When you play it, the files should play back to back without gaps and sound like a medley.

Realize, of course that you will be charged for each file, but this is one way to create a medley. Questions? Call our tech support folks at 800.436.3869.

    Thanks,
    Jonathan
