Ken Barker
Ken Barker serves as the primary strategist for the musical content of LifeWayWorship.com. He began his music career as a music editor, eventually serving as the Associate Editor for both The Hymnal for Worship & Celebration and The Celebration Hymnal. In addition, Ken was the Senior Editor for Songs For Praise & Worship and More Songs For Praise & Worship Volumes 1-4. His work with choral collections and recordings have earned him 7 Dove Award nominations and the 2002 Dove Award for Choral Collection of the Year. He also arranged eight best-selling solo piano collections.

Ken earned a BME from West Texas A&M University in Canyon, Texas, and an MME from the University of North Texas in Denton. His primary performing instruments were trumpet and piano. Ken joined LifeWay Worship in 2007.

Ken and his wife Brenda, reside in Brentwood, TN with their nine children. He has served as a deacon at Highland Baptist Church in Waco, Texas and at First Baptist Carrollton, Texas, and as an Area Pastor for small groups at Belmont Church in Nashville, and has assisted in music at every church where he has been a member. Charlie Sinclair
Charlie Sinclair is the associate editor for the print products available on LifeWayWorship.com as well the 2008 Baptist Hymnal. Any print file you can buy from LifeWayWorship.com has gone across his desk first. Charlie also played an integral role in the development and implementation of our latest print product, SuperCharts.

Charlie got his BA from the University of Northern Colorado. "My proudest musical achievement was performing Rhapsody in Blue as the solo pianist with my collegiate wind ensemble in 2004." He began his career at LifeWay Worship as a contract worker in 2006 and was hired full time in 2008.

Charlie is actively involved in the worship ministry at his local church and currently co-leads a Crown Financial Ministries small group. He and his wife Kate live in Nashville. Say hello and follow.

Scott Dotta
Scott Dotta is one of our technical support representatives. In addition to his technical prowess and customer service skills, Scott is a producer, engineer, arranger, and songwriter.

"I'm extremely grateful for a job that allows me to marry my diverse musical and technical background with my passion for worship." In his spare time, he works in his home studio scoring to film, playing keys for his church worship team, and restoring a historic home. Scott began working for LifeWay Worship in 2008. Daren Wells
Daren Wells is one of our technical support representatives. He has a B.S. in Church Music and a recently completed master's degree in marriage and family therapy. Both of these degrees were earned from Nashville's Trevecca Nazarene University. Presently, Daren is an active member of his church choir. Daren joined LifeWay Worship in 2008 after working for two years for LifeWay Stores. Say hello.

Patrick Watts
Patrick Watts is the webmaster behind LifeWayWorship.com and Internet Development Strategist for LifeWay Worship. Patrick's 15-year career in the business of church music is superseded by his 30-plus year participation in all facets of music ministry from singing on the original Broadman children's musical recording of "Good Morning, Morning" to leading worship with praise teams. He enjoys using his musical skills with his home church at First Baptist Nashville where he also serves as deacon and Sunday School teacher.

He and his wife Lydia live in Brentwood, TN with their son. In his free time, Patrick enjoys family time and listening to "This Week in Tech" and the "Fourcast" podcasts. Say hello and follow.
